Trevor is new to the world of small business ownership, but has had years of education and training in the brewing and winemaking industry. He started in the industry with the Guinness Brewery in Dublin, Ireland in 2007 and upon returning to Canada he worked as a Quality Control Technician and Brewer for RJ Spagnols Beer and Wine Making Products. Recently he has completed Level 1 and 2 Certificates in Wine and Spirits through the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.
